By using, viewing, and/or otherwise utilising in any way this website and/or the services indicated herein and/or the contents and information of this website, you are hereby agreeing to all of the T&Cs set forth below. If you are not in accordance with the T&Cs set out below, you are requested to immediately stop making use of this website and the services indicated herein.

Availability

All items indicated on the website are subject to availability.

Allergens

The Customer hereby acknowledges that items are prepared in kitchens handling allergenic ingredients (including Milk, Eggs, Nuts, Peanuts, Cereals containing Gluten (wheat, rye and barley), Fish, Soya, Sesame seeds, Celery) and therefore the Customer further agrees and acknowledges that La Femice Catering Ltd cannot guarantee the complete exclusion of the items having traces of allergenic ingredients.

Bespoke Items

For bespoke items, additional charges may be applicable. Although La Femice Catering Ltd will seek to replicate as faithfully as possible any artwork or design provided by the Customer, the Customer acknowledges that there might be variations in the colours and the finished product may vary from the artwork supplied.

Pricing and Quotations

All pricing may be reviewed and adjusted at any time by La Femice Catering Ltd from time to time.

Orders

For individual items may be made via telephone and/or over the counter. Upon placing an order, Customers shall be provided with an order number to be provided upon collection.

Online Orders for Party Items

Online orders for party items are subject to confirmation in writing from the Sales department.

Payment

Payment is to be settled in full upon placement of order.

Pick Ups

Pickups can be made at each of our outlets, as selected through the form available on our website’s checkout page.

Local Delivery Services

Deliveries are available through third party applications, Bolt Food and Wolt.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Given the nature of the business, all purchases are non-refundable, and any refunds provided are at the sole discretion of La Femice Catering Ltd. Any refunds are entirely at the discretion of the La Femice Catering Ltd.

Force Majeure

La Femice Catering Ltd shall in no way incur any form of liability vis-à-vis the Customer whereby the performance of rights and obligations emanating from these T&Cs is prevented and/or hindered for any reason which is beyond La Femice Catering Ltd’s control and, in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any act of fire, flood, subsidence, sabotage, accident, strike, pandemic, government order and/or lock down. Furthermore, La Femice Catering Ltd shall in no way be held responsible and liable for any loss and/or damage suffered by the Customer as a result of the such unforeseeable events.

Data Protection

La Femice Catering Ltd hereby agrees and undertakes to strictly adhere to all General Data Protection Regulations and any other applicable data protection laws. La Femice Catering Ltd shall keep confidential and only process such data for the purposes of the performance of the rights and obligations emanating from these T&Cs and on the basis that is required to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations.

Intellectual Property Rights

The contents and information of this website is information and property pertaining and belonging to La Femice Catering Ltd. The downloading, reproduction and/or retransmission of La Femice Catering Ltd information, other than for non-commercial individual use, is strictly prohibited. La Femice Catering Ltd’s websites may contain or refer to trademarks, patents, copyrighted materials, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes or other proprietary rights of La Femice Catering Ltd and/or third parties. No rights or license in any such trademark, patents, copyrights materials, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes and other proprietary rights of La Femice Catering Ltd and/or other parties is being granted or conferred upon the Customer.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs shall be governed, construed and interpreted under the Laws of Malta. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, or relating to, these T&C shall be settled by the Tribunals and Courts of Malta.
